Founding Director
Keri is a social anthropologist specializing in Israeli society and cross-cultural translation. She has held diverse roles across academia, the public sector, and the civil sector. Her work includes decades of experience in experiential learning, international collaborations, and strategic communications, as well as close partnerships with directors, foundations, senior public servants, academics, and practitioners. Her expertise lies in bridging disciplines, cultures, and institutional perspectives, helping groups see both their differences and their shared challenges more clearly.


Founding Director
Michael is a physician with dual specialties in public health and health systems management. He has held senior roles across Israel's Ministry of Health, healthcare system, and public sector. He is an associate professor at Hebrew University and previously served as executive director of the Brookdale Institute for applied social research. With more than 25 years of experience in health policy, leadership, and systems management, Michael's work has focused on strategic planning, operational implementation, team development, mentoring, and innovative training approaches.
