Mission

Methods
Gigajoule sparks people to achieve goals together.
Our diverse methods are based on the principles of kinetic learning and connecting people. We design and lead collaborative learning events that help stakeholders roll up their sleeves and work together to achieve common goals. Our professional network of colleagues and experts in Israel and abroad contributes to and further enriches our activities.
Products
Structured, facilitated meetings of stakeholders and content experts for a joint discussion of a selected topic. We prepare the background materials, moderate the conversation, and produce a summary and list of practical next steps.
We lead a systematic presentation and analysis of an informative case study related to your field. We work with your group to identify and refine underlying operating principles that can be adapted from the case study and applied to present or future situations in your organization.
We provide real-world simulation training for individuals and teams. Our simulator responds, adapts and reacts as the training scenario unfolds, and our exercises are accompanied by real-time analysis and feedback.
Our tailor-made exercises are built around a central scenario, with challenging events and incidents that are introduced into play as the exercise progresses and unfolds. Also known as a “war game”, this type of training helps multiple stakeholders quickly develop inter-organizational cooperation; learn unfamiliar terminology and operating methods; and identify gaps that require additional focus.
We lead professional delegations abroad for on-site field visits and direct dialogue with international counterparts who are facing similar challenges, including officials from central and local government, industry leaders, service providers, advocacy groups, academics, civic leaders, and more.
Participants visit in the field, observe operations, and interact with people on the ground whose knowledge and experience can inform and illuminate complex processes.
Our hands-on, interactive courses draw on a mix of brief plenary sessions, small group work, and role play. Participants immediately apply new concepts, principles and practices, and engage in joint problem solving in a controlled environment. The result is faster, more effective learning, prolonged retention, and enhanced peer collaboration.
One-on-one or small group meetings for targeted strengthening of specific skills, such as team management, time management, running a meeting, providing productive feedback, effective presentation skills, resource development, and additional managerial and executive competencies.
